Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped the same day by Fedex or DHL when the order is placed before 12 noon. Holidays excluded.
This type of shipment is accompanied by any Tracking Number and is insured.
If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment, customers will be notified by email or telephone. European products are stored in the warehouse located in Italy.
