Exchanges and Returns

You can return the products you have received within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

You will receive a shopping coupon or a refund in your account net of shipping costs (those will be at your expense unless the return is due to our sending error).

The refund will still be issued upon receipt of the package with us.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable package for maximum security. We will not be responsible for items returned and lost en route.

The products must in any case be new and worn only for testing, they must always be complete with original packaging and packaging.

Non-compliant products will not be refunded.
